1. Who processes the data

Iztochni Stroezhi OOD (Източни Строежи ООД), UIC 207922043, VAT No. BG207922043, registered office: 42 Lyublyana St., entrance B, floor 3, apt. 29, Ovcha Kupel district, 1618 Sofia, Bulgaria — the developer of the COMPASS building (“we”).

Contact for personal data questions: e-mail sales@bizarre.bg, phone +359 882 12 12 17.

2. Enquiries through the form

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone, e-mail (optional), the property you chose and your message. The enquiry reaches our sales team by e-mail. We use the data only to reply and send you an offer for COMPASS.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data for up to 24 months from our last contact. If we sign a contract, client data and transaction documents are kept for 5 years.

The data may reach the companies that maintain our website, hosting and e-mail (processors acting on our instructions), the accountants, notaries and lawyers who work for us, and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell data.

3. Cookies

The site works fully without advertising cookies. We load them only if you press “Accept” in the cookie bar.

The legal basis for the cookies set with your consent is Art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

The site’s host (Vercel) counts visits without cookies and without recognising you: we only see totals, such as how many people opened the site today.

4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

If you accept the cookies, the Meta Pixel tells Meta which pages you view, whether you opened a floor or an apartment, whether you sent an enquiry and whether you tapped the phone number. It also sends your IP address and browser data.

If you accept the cookies and send an enquiry, our server may tell Meta that an enquiry was sent from the site (Conversions API). The message contains the identifiers from Meta’s cookies, your IP address and browser data. Your name, phone, e-mail and message are not sent to Meta.

For this processing we and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. are joint controllers (Art. 26 GDPR). The terms are in Meta’s Controller Addendum; Meta’s policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How to refuse or withdraw consent

You can refuse with the “Necessary only” button. You can withdraw consent at any time under “Cookie settings” — here or at the bottom of the main page. We then delete the advertising cookies from your browser. Refusing does not limit access to the site.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us at sales@bizarre.bg. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
